Schools of Choice
The nine school districts in St. Joseph County, with the support of the ISD, offer a Schools of Choice program that allows students and families who reside in St. Joseph County ISD a choice to attend any public school within St. Joseph County ISD. In addition to the St. Joseph County program, a Section 105c Schools of Choice program is also available for students and families who reside in Branch ISD, Calhoun ISD, Cass ISD, Kalamazoo RESA, or Van Buren ISD a choice to attend any of the nine public school districts in St. Joseph County.
Please note that there are different packets and deadlines depending on which of these two categories you qualify for:
- Residents of St. Joseph County ISD: You need to submit the St. Joseph County Schools of Choice packet by the St. Joseph County deadline.
- Residents of Branch ISD, Calhoun ISD, Cass ISD, Kalamazoo RESA, or Van Buren ISD: You need to submit the Section 105c Schools of Choice packet by the Section 105c deadline.

Application Deadlines
St. Joseph County Schools of Choice Applications are due to your choice district superintendent's office by noon on August 30, 2010.
